About Senior Associates

Senior Associates, LLC was formed in October of 1997.

Currently, it operates three Skilled Nursing Facilities called Batavia Nursing Home, Fairchild Manor Nursing Home, and Health Care Alliance Skilled Nursing Facility. The reviews have been overwhelmingly positive from residents, families, and the community at large.

This overwhelming success and growth is juxtaposed against an industry facing severe challenges. Indeed, bankruptcy, abuse, government cutbacks, and criminal behavior are problem issues that plague the field. However, Senior Associates has over 35 years of combined business management experience to meet the growing everyday needs of an ageing population. The firm is largely the combined effort of its principal's lifetime experience and expertise in health care and housing.
