Healthcare Alliance offers state-of-the-art subacute rehabilitation programs at in its neighboring skilled-nursing facilities located on Buffalo’s historic Delaware Avenue. In 2008 development of their “Recovery Care Program,” a specialized program for individuals needing short-term care after a hospital stay for surgery, illness, disease, or injury. The Recovery Care Program offers its patients unique living accommodations such complimentary auxiliary services and free van transportation to and from physician, dialysis, and radiation appointments. The highly trained interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals is dedicated to improving the well being of the residents. The specialized equipment and the proactive customer service program is what set’s the Recovery Care Program apart from programs at other facilities. 

The goal of the Recovery Care Program is to assist every patient in returning to his or her maximum level of function.
